Licensed Assisted Living Services are provided and coordinated on a 24-hour basis:
Residents served by the Level One service plan require minimum to moderate assistance, with three to four activities of daily living; May exhibit a mild degree of incontinence; Have minimal or no behavioral problems; Will need minimum to moderate medication oversight.
Residents served by the Level Two service plan require moderate assistance, with four to six activities of daily living; May exhibit moderate degree of incontinence; May have mild behavioral problems which can be controlled, and have medication oversight.
